Refund, Return, Cancellation, Pre-Order & International Policy

Due to the nature of our business, which includes custom-fabricated, made-to-order, and specialty motorsport components, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns (Eligible Standard Items Only)

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible, non-custom, non-pre-order items, starting from the date the item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
With proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or special-order items
Made-to-order or fabricated components
Pre-order items once production has started or materials have been allocated
Motorsport parts manufactured or reserved specifically for a customer
Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged

These items cannot be restocked due to their customized and performance-specific nature.

Order Cancellations (All Orders)

Customers may request to cancel their order at any time.
Within the first 24 hours of purchase:
A 4% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable digital transaction processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as PayPal, credit card processors, and other financial institutions).
After the first 24 hours:
A 30% cancellation fee applies due to administrative costs, material allocation, production scheduling, operational handling, and payment processing fees.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after applicable fees are deducted.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order items are products not in stock at the time of purchase and are manufactured or prepared after an order is placed.

Production Timeline

All production and shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, supplier timelines, production volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders follow the same cancellation structure:
Within 24 hours: 4% cancellation fee
After 24 hours: 30% cancellation fee

Once production has started or materials have been allocated, pre-orders become non-refundable.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that production timelines are estimates and agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes due to standard production delays.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

However, this right does not apply to:
Custom-made items
Made-to-order products
Clearly personalized or fabricated goods

Due to the nature of our products, most RBZ Harmony items fall under this legal exemption and are therefore not eligible for return under the EU 14-day cooling-off period.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to:
Customs duties
VAT
Import taxes or fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RBZ Harmony is not responsible for:
Customs delays
Packages held by customs authorities
Additional fees imposed by the destination country

Refused or Returned International Shipments

If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes:
The order will be treated as a cancellation or return
Applicable cancellation or restocking fees will apply
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

International shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or destination regulations.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Return, Cancellation, Pre-Order & International Policy.
