• Delays may occur due to materials, suppliers, fabrication schedules, or unforeseen circumstances
• Orders may enter production shortly after being placed
Pre-orders and made-to-order products may be subject to special cancellation or refund conditions, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
SECTION 8 – CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom or special-order products manufactured to customer specifications are final sale and non-returnable.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the product is being fabricated specifically for you and cannot be resold as standard inventory.
SECTION 9 – MOTORSPORT / OFF-ROAD USE DISCLAIMER
All products sold by RBZ Harmony are NOT designed, tested, approved, or intended for street or highway use.
Our products are intended EXCLUSIVELY for off-road, motorsport, racing, track, or competition use.
RBZ Harmony products are not street-legal, are not DOT approved, and are not compliant with emissions, safety, or road-use regulations in any jurisdiction.
By purchasing and using our products, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
• The products are not intended for public road use
• Installation and use are performed at the customer’s own risk
• The customer is solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
• RBZ Harmony assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, injuries, fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from street use, improper installation, or misuse.
SECTION 10 – FITMENT & COMPATIBILITY
Vehicle modifications vary significantly. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify:
• Vehicle compatibility
• Swap configuration
• Chassis variations
Additional modifications, fabrication, or adjustments may be required. Fitment issues do not constitute defects.
SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or liability.
