Free Shipping (Domestic)

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states of the USA as well as Puerto Rico.

• No additional cost for standard domestic shipping within these states.

• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories may incur additional shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

• Many of our products are custom-made or made-to-order.

• Production and processing times vary by product.

• All timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times depend on:

• Carrier selected

• Destination

• Customs clearance (international orders)

RBZ Harmony is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Shipping Costs (International)

• Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous US states and Puerto Rico.

• International orders may have additional shipping costs, calculated at checkout.

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refused or Returned International Shipments

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees:

• The order will be treated as a return or cancellation

• Applicable cancellation or restocking fees will apply

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RBZ Harmony is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
