RBZ Harmony K24 to Suzuki Samurai Transmission Adapter Plate
A precision CNC machined billet aluminum adapter plate for Honda K24 engine to the OEM Suzuki Samurai transmission. Designed in-house, machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, and finished naturally to preserve the texture of the cutting passes. Includes the engine and transmission alignment pins along with the transmission bolts required for installation. Hardware is Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) Grade 10.9 throughout. Designed and machined at our Florida Atelier.
This adapter is designed to work with our matching flywheel, sold separately. Both components are required to complete the setup. The flywheel pre-order will open soon at $649. The Pairing
This adapter is one half of the K24 to Samurai drivetrain. The matching flywheel completes the rotating assembly, and the two pieces are engineered to work as one. The adapter alone will not complete the swap.
The clutch is the OEM Samurai style clutch, not included. It is necessary to upgrade to a ceramic material clutch and a heavy duty pressure plate. The setup also uses the original K-series starter, retained in its factory position.
The flywheel pre-order will open soon. Pre-ordering the adapter plate now secures priority access to the flywheel ahead of its public release.
